Stop dragging your hearts around, Stevie Nicks fans. The legendary Fleetwood Mac vocalist and “Edge of Seventeen” singer, Stevie Nicks, is coming to Chase Center on March 23, followed by a stop at Sacramento’s Golden 1 Center on March 26.

Tickets for the NorCal concerts, part of a 14-date national solo tour, go on sale to the general public Friday at 10 a.m. on Nicks’ site

The 74-year-old was scheduled to appear at Napa Valley’s BottleRock festival in 2020 and 2021, but both performances were canceled due to Covid concerns. Nick’s last performed in the Bay Area at Mountain View’s Shoreline Amphitheatre in June 2022.

Christine McVie, Nicks’ bandmate and friend for the last five decades, died in November 2022 at age 79.

Nicks has long been loved for her singular mezzo-soprano vocals, but TikTok gave the Fleetwood Mac song “Dreams” a new lease on life during the pandemic, as one Nathan Apodaca (aka Doggface) set a new standard for cool by lip-synching to it, Ocean Spray in hand. Fortunately, you won’t have long to dream about seeing the singer live. Let’s hope there’s not another Taylor Swift-level Ticketmaster snafu.
