Two shootings occurred in San Francisco early Saturday morning, police say.

Shots were fired in the Tenderloin near the intersection of Ellis and Taylor streets, at approximately 1 a.m. Officers report no injuries, but indicated several vehicles were damaged by gunfire.

No arrests have been made in connection with the first incident.

The second shooting occurred around an hour later, in the South of Market neighborhood near the San Francisco Caltrain station.

Shots were fired near the intersection of Bryant and Fourth streets at roughly 2 a.m., resulting in the hospitalization of one victim with life-threatening injuries. Several other victims were also injured at the scene, though officers report no fatalities at this time.

"Through the course of the investigation, officers located two suspects and developed probable cause to arrest the suspects," a police spokesperson said.

The suspects are now under investigation for assault with a deadly weapon and aggravated assault.
