Amber Pietz is a sports photography intern for The San Francisco Standard. She graduated from Ball State University where she studied journalism and media design and development with concentrations in photographic storytelling and information design and prototyping along with a minor in sports studies. During her time at Ball State, Amber served as the student university photographer and editor with Ball State Marketing and Communications, a photo and visual editor with the Ball State Daily News, and is a seasonal photographer at Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
