Erin is an editor-at-large at The Standard. A longtime San Franciscan and design editor, she is co-founder of Represent Collaborative, a nonprofit that works to amplify stories about racial and social justice, and a contributing editor at the parenting magazine Mother Tongue. Previously, she served as editor-in-chief at California Home+Design, founding editor of the Chronicle’s short-lived Habitat, exec editor of Mother, style & design editor for San Francisco, and local editor of Red Tricycle. Erin lives in the Outer Richmond with her husband and two kids above her family’s combo cafe/kids’ woodworking shop, The Butterfly Joint.
