Advocates say San Francisco violated homeless sweeps ban

Members of the Coalition on Homelessness said they have already observed the city unlawfully break up tent encampments.

The Berkeley Property Owners Association will gather at a local gastropub to commemorate the end of a Covid-era policy.

A proposal to do just that has passed the Public Safety and Neighborhood Services Committee unanimously.
