The once in a decade electoral maps are starting to fall into place in San Francisco.

Xebec was due to open on Tuesday in Hayes Valley. But before the owner arrived that morning, a chef called to say they’d been robbed. 

The new site will offer services for up to 100 clients and was presented as the cornerstone of the mayor’s state of emergency declaration.

A coalition of Chinese Americans and anti-war activists accused the House speaker of picking a fight instead of delivering for her district.  

LEAD SF fell apart in 2019 due to distrust between cops and social workers.
