After taking on AI sexbot, Italy bans SF’s OpenAI

Italy has temporarily banned ChatGPT, accusing the popular chatbot of collecting users’ data and exposing kids to harmful content.

Two new OpenAI lawsuits add to a slew of legal disputes over the data used to train AI tools like ChatGPT.
