San Francisco’s most expensive listed home sells for well below asking

The property was first put on the market in September 2022 for $45 million.

The guard was allegedly beaten with his own baton. 

The 35-year-old has been nabbed five times since the city launched a crackdown on sidewalk encampments. 

About 12% of San Francisco home sellers lost money this summer. Home values have taken a hit due to high mortgage rates and tech layoffs.
