Driver leads CHP on pursuit from East Bay to San Francisco and back again

The suspect was chased to an apartment in Richmond, where police surrounded the property with guns drawn, according to a TV news report. 

‘The news will tell you businesses are leaving SF, but we are doubling down,’ the Beer Hall owners said on Instagram.

A coalition of news organizations sought access to San Francisco police body camera footage among other evidence. 

The collision took place during Saturday’s early morning storm at a dangerous intersection, according to a local news outlet.
