Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez called for the 89-year-old senator’s resignation in an AMA thread on the exclusive social media app Bluesky.

The late senator’s memorial service outside San Francisco City Hall Thursday is now only open to invited guests due to security concerns.

Feinstein is receiving treatment in San Francisco and hopes to return to Washington later this month, her office said Thursday.

Feinstein’s office did not provide details on the nature of the health matter, but said she ‘hopes to return to Washington soon.’ 

The late senator’s body will appear Wednesday at City Hall; a closed funeral and private burial will follow Thursday.
