San Francisco police reported three stabbing incidents in San Francisco’s Tenderloin neighborhood; one victim has died. 

San Francisco police have arrested a woman in connection with the deaths of two children in San Francisco’s Bayview neighborhood Friday.

Officers called for hostage and crisis negotiators, who tried to de-escalate the situation. People were asked to avoid the area.

The volunteer members will advise on how to expand policing, problem-solving and engagement throughout the city.

San Francisco police said the assault happened in a parking garage. No arrests have been made.
