The state senator from San Francisco previously set up an exploratory committee to succeed Nancy Pelosi in Congress.

An assailant broke into the Pelosis’ SF home, assaulting her husband and unleashing a wave of lawmaker safety fears.

Nancy Pelosi made her first comments since the attack on Saturday night through a letter to all members of the House of Representatives.

Attendees of the festivities included Mayor London Breed, Speaker Emerita Nancy Pelosi and Fannie Mae Barnes, the first female cable car grip. 


The $1.7 trillion omnibus spending package contained provisions for first responders, aid for Ukraine and a windswept plaza for the Speaker Emerita.
