With Golden State Warriors' single-game tickets going on sale at 4 p.m. Wednesday for the upcoming 2023-24 National Basketball Association season, team officials issued an alert about purchases through non-verified third parties.

Warriors officials said more than 300 fans were blocked from games at the team's Chase Center arena in Mission Bay last season and more than 200 were turned away from the gates during the team's postseason playoff run.

The safest way to get tickets to this year's games is to buy them directly from the team.

Warriors.com offers fans a verified marketplace for all Warriors ticket needs, including safe access to resale seats from season-ticket members and other fans. Another option is calling the ticketing system at 888-479-4667.

For single-game premium seats during next year's hoped-for playoff run, the team recommends SuiteXchange.com as "an authentic and verified suite resale marketplace."
