Jeffrey Edalatpour
Jeffrey Edalatpour covers arts, culture and food for the San Francisco Standard. He first learned to cook in his mother’s kitchen (she was self-taught) and honed his craft with his stepmother (a Julia Child aficionado). M.F.K. Fisher taught him how to think and write about food as a process of discovery. Evan Kleiman, of KCRW's Good Food, is the inspiration behind every culinary interview. He has been covering Bay Area food (and plenty more) since 2015 and has bylines in SF Weekly, East Bay Express and Metro. IG: @jsedalatpour
