David DePape could take the stand, as could the man he allegedly attacked—Nancy Pelosi’s husband.

DePape faces federal and state charges relating to an alleged assault and break-in at Nancy Pelosi’s home.


Mayor London Breed has also asked for federal help, and Rep. Nancy Pelosi has announced that she will speak to the city’s drug problems soon. 


Attorneys for the man accused of attacking House Speaker Emerita Nancy Pelosi’s husband last year will call witnesses to the stand.

“Well she’s number two in line for the presidency, right?” DePape said, adding that “they are all corrupt and we’ve got to take them all out.”
