Silicon Valley Bank may be broke, but eBay sellers hope to make a killing on the failed bank’s corporate merch. 

The Treasury Department expressed confidence on Friday that regulators would take ‘appropriate actions’ in response to the bank’s sudden collapse. 

A dozen Bay Area locations have now permanently shuttered, with the closures landing sooner than an initial year-end estimate.

The shutdown caps a stunning downfall for one of the Bay Area’s most reliable financial partners in tech. 

The congressman says ‘greed’ is to blame for Silicon Valley Bank’s implosion. Now he needs Republicans’ help to prevent the next crisis.
