Four victims were hospitalized for treatment of injuries Sunday morning after a triple stabbing in Downtown San Francisco.

He had hopes of living in an ‘up-and-coming neighborhood,’ not an open-air drug market.

Officers responded to a ShotSpotter alert Friday night near 23rd Street and found three victims with apparent gunshot wounds.
