Jonathan Espiritu, 49, was charged Monday with multiple felonies for allegedly attacking a woman after she tried to break up with him. 

The charges relate to a stabbing at the Windsor, a single-room occupancy hotel on Eddy Street in the Tenderloin.

Numerous witnesses saw Brown lunge at or spit on the security guard who shot him, though none heard threats of a stabbing, police documents show.

Crime is down and there are more cops, according to the mayor, but the president says the city is a “mess.”

Advocates say a new bill would increase the diversity of juror pools in the state.
