After Mayor London Breed’s veto was defeated, housing is emerging as a key wedge issue in November’s mayoral contest. 

Supervisor Ahsha Safaí said in March he was considering challenging Mayor London Breed and made it official on Monday.

A public defender claimed the suspect, Taylor Reed, 29, acted in self-defense.

A new board will be chaired by former Salesforce CEO Bret Taylor, the company said.
