San Francisco police officers could star in a new reality TV show

Supervisor Matt Dorsey has asked for the police department to be allowed to take part in the show.

A ballot measure intended to help staff the police department got pushback at the Board of Supervisors. 

San Francisco police have arrested a 14-year-old girl who they allege stole more than $30,000 worth of merchandise from retailers.

Amaya Castro-Birch, 15, was reported missing Tuesday evening after being last seen near McLaren Park, South San Francisco police said.

The results are a good sign for Mayor London Breed, who put both Propositions E and F on the ballot.
