Multiple neighborhoods in the city appeared to lose power Tuesday morning, with no immediate cause.

The National Weather Service said the strong winds remain possible in the entire region through at least 9 p.m.

More than 200,000 people across the Bay were without electricity Sunday evening as the storm snapped power lines and toppled trees.  

Despite statewide drought, city residents remain insulated from shortages.
