An injured rider got off the Blue Line train at Embarcadero Station at 12:17 a.m., according to BART spokesperson Jim Allison.

Old Mandarin Islamic’s signature dish of chicken, scrambled eggs and bright green chiles translates as “spicy enough to kill you.”  

The city is also stepping up arrests of people using illegal drugs in public. 

The city deploys a wide variety of daily cleaning services, but it’s not actually allowed to clean up every street corner and sidewalk. 

The shooting happened down the block from John O’Conner Tech Soccer Field in the Mission, officials said.
