Comedian Marc Maron postponed his San Francisco gig last minute, but there is still plenty going on this weekend.

From blight to light: SF streets are either dim or lit like freeways, with consequences for nightlife, public safety and simple aesthetics.


While San Francisco bartenders praised the new law’s purpose, several took issue with its signage requirements and language. 

Barely a week after a rate hike and a positive policy announcement, State Farm said it would no longer serve 72,000 customers.

The event is tentatively permitted for the same 80,000 attendance cap next year.
