The governor championed the ballot measure to legalize recreational cannabis, but now the struggling industry is calling on him to cut state taxes.

Gov. Newsom ordered state officials to not renew a contract with Walgreens to purchase specialty drugs for the state’s prisons.

The governor also exchanged views with the conservative commentator on taxes, immigration, and homelessness.
