The Ferry Building has long been a favorite for its famous <a href="https://sfstandard.com/arts-culture/best-farmers-markets-san-francisco/">farmer’s market</a> and artisanal food vendors, a destination for foodies and tourists alike. Yet a number of high-profile shutterings—Cowgirl Creamery and Golden Gate Meat Company among them—have left some wondering about the vulnerability of the marketplace.
