Stabbing on Market Street Leaves One Hospitalized

One person was hospitalized with life-threatening injuries after an altercation last night at 11:21 p.m. on Seventh and Market streets, according to an SFPD officer who witnessed the incident. 

Numerous individuals were allegedly involved in an altercation, and later fled from the scene on foot. The SFPD officer then noticed they left behind a man suffering from a possible stab wound, who was rendered aid by officers and medics. 

No arrest has been made at this time. Anyone with information is asked to contact the SFPD at (415) 575-4444 or text a tip to TIP411 and start the message with "SFPD."
