San Francisco Police Searching for Missing ‘At-Risk’ Man, Aged 28

Update: The missing person has been found safe, foul play is not suspected the San Francisco Police Department said on Twitter.

The San Francisco Police Department's Missing Person Unit is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing adult.

Edwin Cruz Serrano was last seen leaving his residence on Edinburgh Street in San Francisco between Excelsior and Brazil avenues on Sunday at approximately 5 p.m.

It is believed he was going to a business around the corner on Excelsior Street between Naples and Edinburgh streets but did not return home.

Police say he is considered “at-risk” due to a medical condition.

Cruz Serrano is described as a 28-year-old Hispanic male, standing at 5-foot-2, weighing around 110 pounds, with black hair and black eyes. He was last seen wearing a black shirt, blue pants and black shoes.

Anyone who locates Mr. Cruz Serrano should call 911 and report his current location and physical description. Anyone with information on his possible whereabouts is asked to call the SFPD Tip Line at (415) 575-4444 or Text a Tip to TIP411 and begin the text message with SFPD. You can remain anonymous.
