Woman arrested in fatal shooting of man in San Francisco

A 33-year-old woman has been arrested in connection to the fatal shooting of a 36-year-old man in San Francisco’s Hunters Point neighborhood.

San Francisco’s ‘Muffin Man’ started a national movement to hand out muffins to people experiencing homelessness.

First responders and officers attempted to help the victim, who was later transported to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. 

Police are seeking more information about the suspect.

Police said in a statement that officers responded to a report Monday night of a person with a knife threatening others.
