Suspects involved in an armed robbery also robbed Gucci’s flagship store in San Francisco’s Union Square high-end shopping district Monday, police said in a statement on Tuesday.

Officers in the square received word of a theft at the Gucci store on Stockton Street at 3:39 p.m.

After officers learned a suspect vehicle had been involved in a prior armed robbery, other officers found and pursued the vehicle but lost it on the Peninsula. There have been no arrests or suspect details released.
