Woman dies after falling off San Francisco building

Authorities are seeking the public's help finding a 14-year-old girl last seen Monday night at her San Francisco home.

A woman fell to her death from a building Saturday afternoon in San Francisco, according to authorities.

Officers responded at 4:04 p.m. to a report of a person falling off a building on the 2900 block of Van Ness Avenue and found a woman with injuries, San Francisco police said.

Despite life-saving measures, paramedics pronounced her dead at the scene, according to SFPD.

According to police, investigators from the San Francisco Medical Examiner's Office also responded to the scene and took over the investigation.
