Driver leads CHP on pursuit from East Bay to San Francisco and back again

The suspect was chased to an apartment in Richmond, where police surrounded the property with guns drawn, according to a TV news report. 

The officer is a member of SFPD’s Healthy Street Operation Center, which is tasked with clearing encampments and other homeless issues.  

A 13-year-old Oakland boy is charged with murder and attempted robbery in the Jan. 6 fatal shooting of Maged Alazzani, 46, at the Orlando Market.

Javier Campos is a suspected Sureño with a homicide warrant out of Oakland.

Police located and arrested 30-year-old Alexander Martinez around 10:20 p.m. in the city of Richmond, according to authorities.
