Stunning—and cute—photos of Tahoe getting hammered with snow

Snow is piling up around Lake Tahoe as a major blizzard moves through California’s Sierra Nevada.

The storm has already shut down freeways, ski resorts and Yosemite National Park. More than 10 feet of snow was expected at higher elevations over the weekend.

Here are photos of the storm as it cranked up in the Tahoe area.
