Javon Green, 26, is being held on suspicion of murder and gun charges in the shooting that killed 27-year-old Nesta Bowen and injured a 70-year-old man, police announced Friday. Investigators believe that the shooting was an “isolated” incident.

Police followed the train to the next stop, Castro station, and found the two wounded victims onboard.
