New CNN footage shows Speaker Nancy Pelosi saying she will "punch him out" and "go to jail," referring to former President Donald Trump on Jan. 6, 2021 over his plans to march to the Capitol.

The short clip, which aired Thursday evening, shows the Speaker of the House watching Trump's speech at the "Save America" rally before rioting ensued.

The footage was shot by the San Francisco Congresswoman's daughter, documentary filmmaker Alexandra Pelosi, Insider reports.

In the clip, the Speaker is informed that Trump would not be able to come to Capitol Hill as the Secret Service did not have the resources to protect him.

Speaker Pelosi responds: "I hope he comes, I'm gonna punch him out. I've been waiting for this, for trespassing on the Capitol grounds. I'm gonna punch him out and I'm gonna go to jail and I'm gonna be happy."

A staffer interjects: "I would pay to see that."

The footage was shot shortly before the Speaker was moved to a secure location at Fort McNair with other high-profile politicians from both sides of the aisle, including California Republican Congressman Kevin McCarthy.

The footage was shown during the House select committee's latest hearing—which may be the last—earlier on Thursday.

The committee unanimously voted to subpoena Trump for documents and testimony.
