The second annual Portola Festival announced its 2023 lineup Wednesday. The headliners of the electronic dance music festival, produced by Goldenvoice, include DJ and record producer Skrillex, Swedish DJ Eric Prydz and virtuosic bassist, singer and producer Thundercat.
