Christian McCaffrey scored two touchdowns, and Brock Purdy threw for 267 yards and one touchdown, leading the San Francisco 49ers to an NFC Championship Game victory over the Detroit Lions on Sunday in Santa Clara.
The win punched the 49ers’ ticket to the Super Bowl in two weeks against Patrick Mahomes, Travis Kelce and the Kansas City Chiefs in Las Vegas.
