Mark your calendars. The 85th annual Stern Grove Festival, which bills itself as one of the nations oldest running music festivals, has announced its 2022 dates.

The free festival will present one concert each Sunday from June 12 through August 14, 2022, at the Sigmund Stern Recreation Grove. No artists have been named so far, but the full festival lineup is scheduled to be announced on May 3.

“We are thrilled to be able to present our 85th season this summer,” said Bob Fielder, executive director of the festival. “Bringing live music back to the Grove provides our community the opportunity to gather and enjoy our free concerts, and we are grateful to be able to fulfill our mission to do just that.”

The Sigmund Stern Grove suffered serious damage last year after a ruptured water main flooded the amphitheater.

While admission will be free, the festival is continuing with the online ticket reservation system it introduced last year.

Check the official Stern Grove Festival website for updates.
