Just before 5 a.m. on Monday morning, two people suffered gunshot wounds near the corner of Golden Gate Avenue and Larkin Street in the Tenderloin neighborhood, the San Francisco Police Department confirmed.

A person on Twitter said that they witnessed someone drive up and open fire on a crowd in front of the Phillip Burton Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse at 450 Golden Gate Ave. Reports from the Citizen App suggest that two people driving a beige Saturn carried out the shooting.

The police department said that the victims were transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries and asked anyone with information on the shooting to contact them at 415-575-4444 or text a tip to TIP411.
