While San Francisco Mayor London Breed wasn’t on the ballot Tuesday, a handful of her former appointees seem poised to enter into fresh terms. Prop. J, which the mayor supported in the run-up to Election Day, also performed well at the ballot box. Breed had a good night—here’s why.
