The San Francisco Bay Area and large portions of Northern California have been experiencing historic levels of rainfall since the onset of 2023. Downtown San Francisco experienced a whopping 5.33 inches of rain on New Year’s Eve, according to the National Weather Service.
Another storm is set to ravage the Bay Area Wednesday night and Thursday morning.
